Your e38 is looking as good as always, congrats on another feature.

That R31 is awesome though, great to see it still has the active front spoiler in one piece. Can't wait to see what you do with that.

I got to see a real clean R31 at Daikoku Futo PA this past November, what a cool car. I rented a R33 GT-R and a Stagea Autech 260RS, I'd like to pick up a R33 in a couple of years when the GT-R's are legal.

I've enjoyed these builds a lot. I'm a former Nissan guy myself - I built several Classic Sentra SE-Rs, and my biggest project was a complete S13 Silvia conversion on a 1990 240SX coupe. I still miss that car.

Looking forward to seeing more progress on the Z.

Wow! Gorgeous R31! I dig the wheels too. I am trying to find some cheap R32 stock wheels so I can get rid of those Rays/Volks on the car now. They are a desirable wheel but I think they look terrible on the R31 and I am looking for some Nismo LMGT4's, Desmond EVO Rega's or another set of Watanabe R's. I will keep updated from time to time.

I have been told the R33's drive amazing and that even the GT's are better than the R32 GTR's. I drove my first R32 GTR last week and it's a lot more comfortable than the 31 but also much heavier and I honestly cannot stand the 32 interior. Lucky that I've now gotten to drive the Hakosuka GTX, R31 GTS-X, R32 GTR and an R35 GTR. Just waiting on those R34's and Stagea's now!

As far as the E38 goes, I just sold my BC Forged wheels and will just run the M pars. I have another design I am looking at but for now am putting all my extra funds into the two Nissan projects. And the M pars just look fantastic on the car anyway.

The car has been accepted for auction on bringatrailer. I will update when it's live. Getting an OE new windshield installed along with new Pilot Sport AS3's and likely an alignment. Should be an interesting auction.

It's a special car and deserves a premium price. I think it's suited well for BAT although I despise the place. I have pretty bad personal experience but this is not the thread or time for that.
They seem to be borderline arrogant and often making no sense in choosing which car and reserve or no reserve. They claim to be an expert in cars and then you see some really big mistakes in listing. Case in point: They refused the reasonable reserve on recently sold E39 M5 S3 which sold on ebay above that reserve.
They take your $99 then charge you seller fee and buyer's fee, hence the reason for no reserve push.
It also seem to be group of people there with nothing better to do but to ask pointless and borderline stupid questions and they don't even bid.
God help the seller if doesn't respond in very short of period of time. It's immediately damned as irresponsible seller.
Having said that I truly wish the best to RVA34 as he has my utmost respect from one hardcore enthusiast to another.

I have had nothing but good experiences on there. It's still the best place to sell a car like this IMO. It has the widest viewer base. I always state my reserve from the start and that has worked out thus far.

Sure there is a lot of fluff in the comments but overall, I find them to be mostly constructive. I would have to add that it's important for the seller to be available and reasonably prompt too. Being quiet for a few hours is one thing but if the seller cannot reply within 12 hours or so, they shouldn't have used BAT in the first place.

I am happy with the $99 listing fee as again, you are paying for the market. Never bought a car on there so can't say how I feel about the buyers fee but they are a business at the end of the day so cannot fault them for trying to make money. I only wish I had thought of it first!!!

These are two of my experiences and I'm not a dealer or car fliper, just needed to sell two of my cars to get my M5.
The only way they would list my first car was with no reserve and looking at comparable cars it just didn't make sense. But with no reserve they are guaranteed to get both fees and I find that their reasoning is based on greed, not on facts.
Then they refused my 2nd car on account of high mileage with listing the similar car within weeks with much higher mileage. They never responded to my request for explanation.
According to few threads I've seen they're not so great in after sale support if issue arises on either buyer or seller side.
This is my experience and hopefully it's just rare occurrence.
You're an awesome guy and that's an awesome car and I wish you all the best with sale!
