Good last resort, a lot of times a dealer will say yes to a compromise even after they have said no to the original request. If it were me, I would ask for them to supply the labor, and then I would have them install the UCC clutch and not worry for at least 100k miles, or as an alternative, get the RRoberts racing Sachs clutch setup which is as good if you don't launch the car hard often or do a lot of track time.
