That would be great. Thank you. Forgive me if this is an ignorant question but is there a way to use the 92MM pulley so it boosts sooner but open a waste gate so it still maxes out at 6PSI? I have turbo'd a couple BMW's in the past but have no experience with superchargers.

I think I would be happy with the 6PSI but not sure like revving to 5K to get partially there.

Looking forward to seeing your completed install.

Interesting placement of the boost gauge. Can you put up some better pics of the two gauges (or the boost gauge on the wiper arm)?

Thx.

Been thinking about this today....I knew I saw the 3K somewhere. It was on their dyno graph. I also talked to Asbjorn at ESS. He said that boost comes on at 2500 and should be near max at 5K. I mentioned that it was an older kit and that wasn't a factor. M55555, think you might have a leak in the system? Sorry couldn't figure how to paste the graph but link below.

After looking at my recent dyno chart, I get boost starting at 2.5K RPM and max boost at redline. I'll further verify this later.

Also, I completed the install of the AEM UEGO Wideband AFR gauge. Looking forward to the drive tomorrow.

Wideband Gauge was $166 shipped on Amazon
O2 Sensor Bung $25 local muffler shop (pre-cat)
Install: 1 hour total time, from start to finish

All of these kits will reach max boost at Redline. If its not then there is a problem with your setup.

The 5er is out of hibernation and I have put about 300 miles on the kit. I really like it. Only thing I noticed is that when cold it tends to hold RPM so you have to break a bit more. This goes away once the car is warm. All in all early indications are its a lot of fun and the car maintains its stock characteristics.

I swear the car feels faster after the first few trips. Do these have a performance break in period? I am not sure what would actually change inside the supercharger to give me this perception. Its not weather dependent. I have run on both cold and hot days as we have had some weird weather lately.

It's probably faster because you haven't driven it in a while. Mine has been sitting since I finalized the tune, but I did get a chance to update to the F10 shifter. If time allows, I'll be updating my front suspension. Have most of the parts collecting dust.
