I wish :( I've been looking for a vendor to manufacture a one-piece solid aluminum undertray to replace the three forwardmost trays (large center piece and the two in the front of each wheel) for a long time. No part exists, unfortunately. I ended up just buying all new OE parts :dunno:

Where do you get them from? I need a new set, and am hoping to save a few bucks...

Yeah, I did based on the design that the previous owner of my first M5 came up with. Made of sheet metal and my brother did the welding.

I also considered a hybrid version that retained the plastic part immediately in front of the wheel but made the part that the temp sensor is mounted to out of sheet metal. You could just rivet the two pieces together if when you cut that horizontal part off you left a lip to drill holes through to accept the rivets to attach the plastic vertical piece.

Mr.li came to mind, so i contacted him to see if he can create a fix for us. I follow his threads and he seems like a very competent metal fabricator. I will update if I hear back from him or maybe he might see this thread. I left an inquiry to raceskids to see if they were interested also.

This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Please consider creating a new thread.
