Thumbs down It's our Anniversary

I met my M5 for the first time two years ago today.

here is a link to the post I made that day: It Came Today!

Still feels like a new car. Still makes me smile every time I drive it.

I was thinking about washing and polishing it today to celebrate - but it's going to rain and I woke up not feeling great - maybe I'll just get it some flowers and card Anyone got a better idea?

here's one of my favorite shots - with my baby at the head of the line - only this time I did some serious photoshopping to get rid of all the people standing around interfering with the sightlines to our cars!

Greg,
Did you ever consider getting your M5 a cosmetic upgrade/anniversary present, maybe Euro Angle eyes.

Congratulations Greg! With all those M5 owners that have come and gone. You've been the one constant role model that all of us have aspired to. Thank you for being such an invaluable contributor in making this board a better place!

You should treat your baby to a drive through the country if not a proper bath/detailing. A card/flower set just won't do.

Greg,

Congratulations.

The best thing about the M5 is that there is no 'terrible 2' to contend with. Now teenage years might be a different story.

Congrats on the anniversary of your Beast! Nice color, and rare too. I would go out and admire it from all angles, and recall the feeling you had when your car was delivered. After that, I would sit in the drivers seat and just enjoy the feeling of owning the Ultimate Sports Sedan!

greg, you didn't even get to your second anniversary without adding another German mistress to your garage!
