Nation M car owners meet 2016 (100 year BMW party)

http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showt...=543062&page=2

See the thread above and chime in on where to meet for a national meet.

We are seeing if other M owners would be in for a national M car meet and road tour vacation.

If you are someone who will drive you car please chime in on where you think would make for a great event.

Please ask your other BMW M car buddies to chime in.

Current discussions are around a CO meet or Deals NC

We don't want a static car show.

Also it is in Montery and we were looking more central like CO to be fair to both costs. CCA is a none road tour, static days, more money, and you have to be a CCA member.

Feel free to jump over and check the thread out. Help see why we are reaching out to fellow M owners.

i wouldn't call laguna seca track days static, but i see the draw of a road trip.

I would be in for this if its a reasonable drive. I'm far on the east coast right by NYC but willing to drive. Someone mentioned NC, I would do that in a heartbeat. Did a group drive for VW R32s at TOD in NC and it was great.

Current idea we are running with. This is to make it fair for both sides of the continent as well as a fun vacation road tour. You can attend all or some but the Kansas or St Louis is the BIG meet for all M owners.

Everything would be arranged and setup as to make it easy for all. Looking at Sept if we try for this year but concerns around peoples ability to take time off. So may need to push till next year as a "late" party as took time to get traction on discussions. So chime in and pleas ask others as well as any social media group thoughts. So far only east coast gang is chatting. Where is west coast owners?

West

Day 1-2: Drive to Denver

Day 3-4: Activities

Day 5: Drive to Kansas City Or St Luis

Day 6-7-8: Activities (TBD: Kansas City Or St Luis)

Day 9: Head home

East

Day 1: Drive to deals gap

Day 2-3: Activities

Day 4-5: Drive to Kansas City Or St Luis

Day 6-7-8: Activities (Kansas City Or St Luis)

Day 9: Head home

There's at least 5 or 6 active on here, I wouldn't be able to drive out of state though.
