Hi Tony ,

The engine is mapped to 80% WOT and has put out 300bhp at the rear wheels at part load.

The problem has been with the rear wheels spinning up causing an issue with the mapping, despite have the rollers reknurled.

We are getting there and I'll update in due course.

Hi dalius ,

I had the motor up and running , as the video shows .

The 2 ring piston design is not suitable for our purposes i.e. A quick roadgoing car .

We are currently awaiting a revised 3 ring piston design .

The car was incredibly quick and powerful with the 2 ring pistons , but snapped a ring very quickly , indicating that a more reliable and long term solution is required.

The pistons were supplied by PPM .

What do you mean by snap the piston ring? it broke in 2 parts and started overheating?
