Cool RHD header

It is said that if you line up all the cars in the world end to end, someone would be stupid enough to try and pass them.

My man is currently looking at the fuelling and will be mapping her after a run on the rollers.

For now , I am simply overjoyed to have her up and running and getting her through a uk ministry of transport test , including emissions test .

See video of initial running ;

Love this David, huge well done to you.

I would love one of these in my M635CSi........

2001 Alpina B10 V8 Touring (1 of 10 UK rhd)
1997 Alpina B12 5.7 L (1 of 2 UK rhd)
1995 Alpina B10 4.6 Touring (1 of 1 UK rhd)

Never heard of 291 cam duration before ...

oem is 264 in and out ,, but 272,,276,, 280,,286,, 292,, 300,, 304

is a profile we have seen on many BMW cams,,

280 Schrick is a well known upgrade

The manifold was made specially for this build and was as close as we could get to the RHD steering box .

My man was heard to say he wouldn't like to make another one !

Meanwhile the Cat Cams are available in 291 duration and the spec can be seen here :

I have so many pics it's ridiculous , as this has gone on for quite some time .

I look forward to getting a clip of her at full chat posted up in due course .

Thanks for all of your positive comments .

Pardon my ignorance - how did the 291 cam help to keep his compression to street fuel levels - the overlap?

Thanks!
