2010 6-speed Manual Carbon Black e60 for sale

Selling my baby! I love this car. I hate to sell it but my family is growing and I’m needing a car that I can fit more kids into.

General Info: I am the third owner. I personally know the second owner and know he was just as meticulous with maintenance and cleanliness as I am. 6 speed manual with the black/brushed aluminum interior and carbon black paint is a rare combination. 2010 model, the last year of the series is always the best. The car is completely stock. Currently has 87,300 miles. Asking $32,000.

Interior: Looks and smells brand new. No rips/tears in the leather. Very few signs of wear. Original M5 floor mats have been preserved/protected by an additional set of 5-series mats on top of them. The iDrive system is the latest version available in the e60. No heads up display but I think it has almost every other option.

Exterior: Front bumper has normal wear in the pain from small rocks, otherwise pain looks great. Carbon black is a beautiful color. Car has been in the south-west its whole life (Vegas and Phoenix) so no rust. Wheels look good for the most part, some curb rash but nothing noticeable unless you’re close up.

Mechanical: This car has been very reliable. Everything works. Normal maintenance items have come up that needed attention but no mechanical issues. I have replaced the thermostat and front lower control arms recently. Brand new brake pads and rotors in all four corners. Tires have less than 1000 miles on them (Continentals). Rear diff was recently serviced. Clutch feels strong. The previous owner replaced the throttle actuators. Rod bearings are original but latest Blackstone oil analysis came back clean, no traces of copper or anything else compromising. Oil has been changed every 5k miles or less and the previous owner did the same. All service records are available. Overall this car has been very mechanically sound.

PPI can be done at at owners expense.
