2002 LMB Caramel 97K $30K

I am hesitant in listing this vehicle but I am not driving it as often as I should, and tend to still grab the keys to the E46ZHP Vert more.

That said I know I am at a higher asking price than most people would expect, as I don't really want to sell it unless I get a good deal. (sorry bargain hunters). I have reciepts proving I am over $29K in this car with all of the work below. I am not looking to make money on the car but not looking to lose it either. That said I can easily sell the second set of wheels for $1500+ (or the new owner could) so if you want to cut some money off of it.

I bought the car off BAT https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2002-bmw-m5-16/ and proceeded to fix everything I found wrong with the car as well as proactively maintain the hell out of it. https://bringatrailer.com/2017/10/12...ng-ear-to-ear/ (all with receipts)

There is one thing wrong with the car that doesn't bother me enough to fix, that is a small line of gray pixels across the Radio / Nav screen, I cannot even tell when it is on NAV not really noticeable unless you stare at it, in the menu system it is visable. My plan was to actually just replace with an Avinusa.com android unit, but I think I want to sell both this and the ZHP and switch over to a 997 era Porsche Turbo Cabrio as a year round daily driver with AWD and a set of winter wheels. (PS will consider trades if you have a blue or gray 997).

I have done nothing with the paint other than wash and wax it, and if you search the forums you can see before and after pics of the leather restoration.

Looks to be a very clean one. I have tracked values for a while and only sub 70k mileage or Dinan S2/S3 push past $25k. Unfortunately, I have also put a lot of money into fixing my cars only to sell them at a loss. Are you really hoping to get $30k?

Thanks 2001e39M, It is very clean! really if you subtract the second set of wheels I am at $28.5K and if you sell them yourself you could probably get $2K for them but $1500 would be a quick sale they also have decent tires and tread on them.
Previous owner did an aftermarket cat back exhaust, I just don't know which one it is, sounds great, Previous owner also did short throw shifter of some sort, I added the Turner Shark Injector, it is about a set of shocks/springs away from being comparable to a Dinan.
Blue & Caramel is highly desirable plus the very recent and detailed service history, with a clean blackstone oil analysis, plus brand new tires with less than 1000 miles on them... I don't think I am off from market pricing and I am willing to hear reasonably close offers. If I find my unicorn 997 turbo at a bargain price, I will become more flexible too As I said, I wouldn't mind keeping it either.

Some of the comparables I can find:

https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ngId=430806341 $40K @46K
https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...ngId=482827244 $37.5K @65K

As a bring a trailer user, you know the difference between asking prices and selling prices. I would like to see so comparable sold prices if we are being serious here. The car looks nice and it looks like you underpaid for it in 2017 which is great news for you either way.
