E60 M5 connecting rod bearing replacement - cost?

Has anyone had their rod bearings replaced in Australia? If so, how did you know they were worn enough to replace, who did the work, and how much did it cost to have the work done?

Can't remember the cost, but if you're located in Melbourne, give Kaleel @ Worx Automotive a call - he does plenty of them and can offer advice.
