From what I understand we're not allowed to have Swedish plates here in Norway, as it's to stop Norwegains dodging the registration taxes by buying in Sweden but using it in Norway. If a Swedish car is over here the Swedish owner must be in the car when being driven. I guess that's why it's on Finnish plates! I wonder where in Norway the car is from?

It is on Swedish dealerplates, not Finnish plates (grönskylt).
