I am thinking of making the beast make a slightly stronger growl. I don't want to change the OEM exhaust. I'm not looking to gain power or weight. Juste let it breath a bit more.

I wanted to install the SS x-pipe. Does any one have a recording or video of a beast with that set up.

Does the replacing of the resonator make a strong rumble inside the car or is it ok. I use it as a daily drive and go see clients with it. My car has to stay as discret as possible (if it is possible with an M5). But I find it too quiet. A bit more would not hurt. So I thought about the x-pipe. I found a video of kellners, they sound awsome but are not for me.

Thanks for the help.

most people with just the x pipe and stock mufflers report little change in exhaust note. You'll get more sound leaving the resonators and replacing the rear mufflers.
