I was looking at options last year and got in touch with Zionsville Autosport. They can build an E34 M5 aluminum radiator on request. I got quoted $700.
I didn't end up needing a new one, so I have no first hand experience with them, but they were recommended by a guy a trust.
I had Zionsville build a direct replacement radiator for my M5. Fit was not perfect but good enough.
I also looked hard at installing the wider V8 (M60B40) radiator but decided against that option due to all the issues with the Air filter box and the fan shroud.
for a stock replacement, look at Nissens. I've used Nissens radiators in several of my cars, including my M5, with no issues at all (unlike the Behr I put in my old E39 which leaked at the crimped on side tanks after 2 years).
I second the Nissens option. They generally make good parts. I see RockAuto has them listed for E34 M5 (I can't confirm fitment) for $122. Worth the risk on fitment IMO.
