WOW!
I wouldn't be so dismissive of a car that outperforms the Veyron and cost's half as much. It holds numerous dynamic records as well. If I decide to plunk down high 6 figures, I would look here way before the Veyron, SLR, or CGT for that matter. I like the way the car looks and applaud this new ambitious coach builder. Fisker is one and although he uses production models for base cars, his results are outstanding. Sorry if you are not impressed Cosmos. You must have some pretty fast cars in the garage??????big deal, its a kit car that goes fast. Its a cool car, but I am not impressed. The Buggati is impressive.
Has a stereo...following is a quote from the slide show within the above limk...No stereo?? At least you get that when you buy a Veyron. 2 different cars...
You make it sound like something that could be purchased in the back pages of Popular Mechanics. The fact that it's considered a "kit" I am sure has everything to do w/ it not being submitted for, or being compliant with, US government crash safety standards. Noble does this as well.big deal, its a kit car that goes fast. Its a cool car, but I am not impressed. The Buggati is impressive.
... rear-backup camera are also found inside the cockpit.

Yeah, cause you cant see out of the back of it. I hope there would be a camera of something so you dont hit a kid backing out of somwhere.oohhh: that's impressive.:haha:
Geez man, you sure seem passionate in your dislike of the car. Perhaps you should give it a chance. You are also by far in the minority regarding your opinion. I am sure you would not be so critical if someone offered you a chance to drive it or better yet, be an owner. It looks like a great car! Nuff said!:applause:Yeah, cause you cant see out of the back of it. I hope there would be a camera of something so you dont hit a kid backing out of somwhere.
This is still a very fast car that is a pain in the *** to drive at any speeds. I have been in cars like this and will tell you that after 30 minutes of driving, you want to get out.
It looks to be as comfortable as an Elise and they suck drving on the freeway.

Yes I have. Is the Veyron a comfortable car to drive around town with it's strange dimensions and it's 1.6 million dollar sticker? Come on man! Most super cars are uncomfortable to drive for longer than 30 min:confused2 I am not sure why you would single this car out in that regard. Business Week did not say it was uncomfortable but rather the contrary. Let's not give undue criticism that we will not give the rest of the super car segment. The Lambo Gallardo is horribly uncomfortable! You don't see folks saying the car sucks because you can't cruise in it for 3 hrs. Please name a car with this performance, price, and exclusivity. I am willing to bet that you cannot, You seem quite knowledgeable so for this fact alone I would think you might give the car some credit. I am not a grandpa yet so I am willing to trade a bit of comfort for 1200hp!!:M5rev: I see what you are saying but I just don't agree that it invalidates the effort of this very unique car. A viper is not comfortable either, but it rains hell fire on a track. Think of this car that way instead of as a GT cruiser, which it is not.Dr. Have you driven a Noble or an Elise for more than 20 minutes?? By looking at this car, it is fast, it might handle well, but trust me, comfortable and this car do not go toghther. Why spend $600k on fast speed bragging rights if the car is a pain to drive?
I can strap myself to a ACME rocket Wyllie Coyote style and be faster than this car, does that mean I want to...heck no.
That would be fun Kenny! :M5thumbs: Not so sure I would put my money on the rocket thoughWile E. Coyote Rocket sled vs. Shelby SuperCars' Ultimate Aero
Can we get a request into Gustav to have these two vehicles go against each other for the next DVD?
:7:

I'm wonder (dreamingzzzzz) what would be like driving or even on passenger seat (i only need 10minutes) of Koenigsegg ccx:3::blink:I've driven a Noble for more than 20 minutes. It rides much better than a 997/996 Turbo, and is leagues better than something like an Elise (even with Ohlins set near soft) or GT3. The suspension is far more compliant and has longer travel. Frankly, the seats are better too.
