I intend to install Kelleners exhaust. My concern is that if it will void warranty for US-spec M5. The dealer in Germany told me it will, but I don't know if it is for German-spec car. Your opinion?

No, the addition of an aftermarket exhaust or any part for that matter will not automatically void a warranty on any U.S. car. If that aftermarket part causes the failure of another part or system ,the warranty on that failed part or system could be voided. The manufacturer would have to be able to prove that the added aftermarket part caused the failure though. So unless the new exhaust gets so hot that it causes a fire or melts something you will be fine with the Kelleners
