White BMW Alpina B7 at the Susan G Krman for the Cure

As mentioned above, I took an Alpina B7 out.

The steering wheel was especially interesting. Check out the - and +:

That's how you shift gears in "manual" mode. There's no lever, but rather a small "blister" on the back of the wheel. It feels like a 2mm deep tensioned metal bubble. It's interesting that seems so delicate. Works well though.

Well, you will hope that it works well. First because of the price paid for this kind of car and also because of the performance and speed that the car can attain: if you need to lower a few gear at the end of a straight, it better work or else...kaboum!
