You should try another dealer. i have a friend with an 03 who had east bay bmw do the install. It was a total non-issue. He said he wanted bluetooth, they ordered the kit, they installed it. I'd be happy to help out with the install when you're up here. It's plug and play. Mine was the prototype kit from bimmernav, and even that was pretty easy to get working.dmccrary90025 said:Thanks.
