Reading one of the other threads, "is the M5 fast enough" gave me the inspiration for this thread.

One of my other cars that I call "when modding goes bad" started as..."I'm gonna add a supercharger" and ended up as this mild-mannered monsters with over 900whp w/o nitrous that I could barely drive. So what did I do; I sold it:byee55amg

So to answer the question...hell yeah, the M5 is plenty fast. If not for the occassional track day or lonely stretch of highway, I rarely get to use all that power here on the east coast.

Any of you guys got pics of your modding hell?:7:

P.S. Open the GS400TT doc for a full rundown...when I think of all that money...makes me wanna cry

Yeah it was fun for a while...I mean the car ran 10's with a full interior and trunk. The look on the faces of the unsuspecting was priceless.:eek:oohhh: Eventually, it got to a point where driving it on public roads was like a bull in china shop. On top of that I was constantly worried about things breaking...let's just say I could've bought a nice used M5 for all the money spent... Anyways, this is my 4th BMW and I'm happy to be back in the fold.

Here was my mod like hell car. Once I started, it was like I couldn't stop.

You can probably tell my wife absolutely HATED this car. She was so glad when I sold it and got the M5:)

Sexy n powerfull Supra u got there!!!

Supra's are the sh!t. best car to modify, the best thing bout them is when ur in 2nd gear 3000rpm, floor it, lags till 5000rpm and then hell breaks loose, change to 3rd and still going sideways all the way till red line, change to 4th to let it grip, once it hugs the road u wont believe how fast that needle is going!! change 5th and ur doing atleast 270+km/h and seeing ur carbon bonnet bouncing trying to come off! it was the best ''modded'' car i ever owned. it always puts a huge smile on my face, damn i miss those days when i have novice passengers that had never been in a modified car before screaming like bitches holding to the roll cage!! lol

here's a coupe of pics of my x Supra and specs.
