What tyre pressures are you running?

I need to do a routine visit to the air pump. Just wondering what pressures you guys recommend for urban driving in the new M5...

I started running 35 rear, 37 front cold now. For drag racing, run low pressures on the rear tires. For high speed, you need higher pressures. Here in the USA, I just run close to spec settings since I never sustain anything higher than 100mph for too long.

I was running 38 all around but I seem to be getting wear in the centre of the thread only i.e. overinflated. I think I'm going down to 36 all around for now.

Don't you love it when these old threads come to life again?!

Yet others just start a new one.

Since I frequently go up to a bit over 100, I have my rears at 46 and fronts at 41.

Besides, shouldn't high performance tires be slightly over inflated.

My 540 I have at 40 rear and 36 fronts - they have 17" Goodyear Eagle F1's.
