Since most of the members on the forum are men, and beer is an interest of most men, I'd like to know what your favorite beer is. My favorite beer is the Belgian Jupiler, but I'm also very fond of Mohren Brau, a beer that I drank in Austria when I was on holiday there.

Well, I'm always up for a good Kölsch, but we don't see them that often over here, so I have to settle for a local brew.

My favorite would be Mendocino Brewing Co's Red Tail Ale.

That said, I really don't drink much beer...

Guinness, Coors Original (or Gold), Pacifico (w/ lime), Paulaner, and too many others...hell if I could get Lambics at a better price I would probably drink more of it.

I'm partial to Fat Tire, and also 1554 New Belgian ale (made by the same people). Cant go wrong with Pacificos, or the occasional Black and Tan. Too bad my budget dictates Bud light or the like when I go out on weekends.

A very good subject :1:

I'm a big fan of beer, and favs are (placed in order of memory)

Belgian: Jupiler or Maes
Czech: Budweiser
Slovak: Zloty Bazant (prob. spelled wrong)
German: Warsteiner, Kolsch, Erdinger, Bitburger
Polish (almost anything they make): Warka Strong, Eb, Tyskie, Zywiec, Okocim etc etc

And of course Corona with a lime is very good going out beer. Nice and light.

Niek
P.S. Home town beer is Grolsch, but not a big fan of that.
