I have a 2002 E46 M3 with the widescreen Sat Nav and TV. I don't have the phone prep or bluetooth elements of the comms pack and wondered whether they could be retro-fitted and if so what parts (part numbers) i would need?

Bimmernav is good for that info fella, i suggest the Parrott kit might be a much cheaper solution and the clarity is good too. The original look is much tidier though,

Are you sure the car isnt prewired?
