Regular maintenance items such as oil changes I don't believe are listed, but all warranty and non-warranty work is. There are codes associated with each service/repair item. There is a decodeing sheet floating around on the internet that will allow you to look them up like the service advisor does. I have the code sheet in Microsoft XL if you want me to email it to you, send me a PM.
