Out of no where my video screen went blank. Well kind blank...it now has faint vertical lines (colored). I checked all the fuses and cable connections by wiggle or remove and reconnect and nothing. Voice commands work, phone works...it appears that the screen is the only thing not working....any ideas??

Bypass the video adapter and see if it comes back. Make sure the adapter has power.

I disconnected the adapter completely.

I disconnected the adapter completely.

Look at the connector and confirm you have no bent pins.

If that's not it, it is possible that either the monitor or the CCC is bad.
