It's correct that it's a Judd Engine.
It's a Judd KV 675 and its an engine that is normaly used in the LeMans Prototype 2 class. I dont know however what the FIA hillclimb rules says about restrictors, so it might produce different values depending on what set of rules the engine is restricted to.
