Vanos gear inoperative

Currently, I have completed s85 m6 engine disassembly assembly. However, when the vanos system test is performed with ista, the maximum stop position and the minimum stop position are abnormal. Is there a solution to this? The vanos gear, camshaft and crankshaft timing are correctly aligned. However, the alignment of the bolts with the washers of the vanos gear is suspected. Can anyone give me a solution?

The Vanos gear is set to maximum position and tightened to 10nm BEFORE you install the central cam bolts.
After you install the central camshaft and you loosen the screws with washer 90° before you fully insert the Vanos adjuster to set the cam gear timing (the screws with washers move toward the center).

If timing is OK and have good Vanos oil pressure new solenoids should function properly.

Yeah, I refitted the vanos regulator. Later, the vanos system test showed this result.

As a result of the measurement, Intake Bank 1

Maximum stop position: 154.4 CA
Minimum stop position: 154.2 CA

Adjustment time, opening too small: 130.0 ms
Adjustment time, opening too large: 550.0 ms

Minimum valve quality: 0.8
Valve current: 500.0 mA

As a result of the measurement, exhaust bank 1

Maximum stop position: 123.0 CA
Minimum stop position: 98.8 CA

Adjustment time, opening too small: 720.0ms
Adjustment time, opening too large: 460.0 ms

Minimum valve quality: 0.9
Valve current: 249.0 mA

As a result of the measurement, Intake Bank 2

Maximum stop position: 149.7 CA
Minimum stop position: 114.2 CA

Adjustment time, opening too small: 220.0 ms
Adjustment time, opening too large: 710.0 ms

Minimum valve quality: 0.9
Valve current: 323.0 mA

As a result of the measurement, exhaust bank 2

Maximum stop position: 129.8 CA
Minimum stop position: 107.2 CA

Adjustment time, opening too small : 240.0ms
Adjustment time, opening too large: 470.0 ms

Minimum valve quality: 0.9
Valve current: 251.0 mA

Still, the vanos test is abnormal.

Should the vanos gear unit be replaced?

Or should we replace the solenoid?

And now this fault code remains.

What is the regulator, solenoids or adjusters?. if adjuster then I think you need to go back more than that, to the central bolt removal then install after you set the cam gear in proper position.

Because the camshaft didn't follow the test command.
The other moved but still within short range and slow, all solenoid current are out of range.

Need another solenoids.

I meant the vanos unit.
This is the result of reinstalling.
Will the solenoid change solve it?

Will it be the same if I exchange the vanos unit?
Will the solenoid change solve it?
Yes I would go for solenoids, Vanos adjusters not common to fail like this.
