Currently, I have completed s85 m6 engine disassembly assembly. However, when the vanos system test is performed with ista, the maximum stop position and the minimum stop position are abnormal. Is there a solution to this? The vanos gear, camshaft and crankshaft timing are correctly aligned. However, the alignment of the bolts with the washers of the vanos gear is suspected. Can anyone give me a solution?

Yes wrong Vanos/gears timing, also the exhaust cam gear lost its initial timing, the exhaust cam gear initial timing must be set and the screws with washers are tightened before installing and tightening the central bolt to fit them to the camshaft. The intake camshaft is the same as the exhaust gear but it is easy to set, the exhaust cam gear required force to set the screws with washers if it lost its initial timing position. This happened because you didn't follow the correct procedure during removal. Especially the exhaust gears are under secondary spring force.

All screws with washers must be set and tightened after turning the sleeves to the right side and the screws move toward the left side BEFORE installing the camshaft central bolts.
All camshafts central bolts and screws with washers must replaced with new ones.

I think Vanos bleeding and bad solenoids is a secondary action. You can watch my video during first startup after timing, look how the Vanos is following the DME nominal values without Vanos bleeding.

All vanos bolt positions have reached the left maximum stop position. There is no more movement in that part.

Try 5. Those zero ms readings tell you they're not responding. Also make sure solenoids are properly connected. Red wires exhaust solenoid.
All solenoid connectors are well connected. It all seems normal if vanos adaptation is denied. However, when the vanos system test starts, all of them return to abnormalities.

It should reach to that position in the picture when the Vanos adjusters is installed on the car.

If timing is good continue bleeding and drive the car to help. Then you may consider replacing Vanos solenoid with original parts.

The vanos solenoid has been replaced with a new one.
Are they original or after market.

With camshaft central bolts installed and tightened or before?.
Those picture at what installation stage, removal, prior to installation (ready to install)?.

The vanos gear had already been aligned prior to installation on the camshaft.

and After Market Solenoid Valve

I want to ask about the timing of vanos gear.
All vanos gears were installed in the maximum stop position
The Vanos gear is set to maximum position and tightened to 10nm BEFORE you install the central cam bolts.
After you install the central camshaft and you loosen the screws with washer 90° before you fully insert the Vanos adjuster to set the cam gear timing (the screws with washers move toward the center).
can it be solved by changing the solenoid valve?
If timing is OK and have good Vanos oil pressure new solenoids should function properly.
