Hi all, I'm thinking of buying my first M5, and I saw this posting on craigslist:

2003 Bmw M5

Would anyone on this board know this car? I haven't contacted the seller since the ad seems very lacking in details. Not even an asking price is listed. Thanks.

I don't recall coming across this one here at M5Board.

A few interesting notes though:
1) it says it's being sold by owner but the heading suggested by dealer?
2) the mileage of 68,000 - is it miles or km's?
3) no asking price?

The upgrade list is sure impressive. I would check it out if I were you and if you're really interested, do a PPI. :deal:

Hmm.. i may have seen this one posting on CL last summer. That colour is quite rare, and i wouldnt be surprised if it was the same one. To echo what Vic said, i noticed there is no price, and questionable car history (# of previous owners etc).

I tried contacting the person about a week ago and did not get a response. Seems like a nice car, however info is a bit lacking.
