USING TOLUENE IN THE BREAK IN PROCESS-M5-2006.

Finally I got my m5 12 august 2005, Later I,ll send you guys some fotos (It is order #3).
Now i,m in the break-in process and I,d like to use toluene again (remenber that here in the dominican republic fuel is only 86 octane) like I did with my last m5-2001. I,d like to use 2 galons of toluene in order to boost the fuel to maybe 90 or 91 octane. Is this procedure has a secudary effect when I,m in the break-in process or not?

Please reply as soon as posible because my tank is low on fuel and I,d like to fill it up in 2 hours(lunch time). our local time now is 10:30 am.

Listed below are some chemicals that can be mixed (by volume) with the pump gas to increase performance, AT YOUR OWN RISK! These assume starting with pump automobile gasoline, 86 octane rating. These increases in octane can be usefull in diagnosing stumble in peak BMEP range (about 3000 RPM)

XYLENE: resultant octane rating

10% => 88
20% => 91
30% => 93

TOLUENE: resultant octane rating

10% => 88
20% => 90
30% => 92

ETHANOL: resultant octane rating

10% MAX => 89

Different scales, 98 in Europe is (if memory serves) 91 in US. Not sure which is the scales all countries follow.
