There's a company in Texas, if I'm not mistaken. Do a search on a thread by russap5.

However, from what I remember, the perforated leather looked better done by the European companies.

Contact slimmbones. He can get it done for you. I've personally seen the alcantara one on his car. Quality was amazing.

This is my quote when I inquired a few months ago:

Thanks for your inquiry. The cost to recover your 2001 BMW M5 steering wheel in Alcantara to factory's specification is

- Wheel $329.
- Tricolor stitch $30.
- Shipping $17.

Turn around time is 2 days.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,

I think I paid $300 or so. You don't want alcanatra, suede is much more durable. I've had both, alcantara will ball up and rub off, suede will not.

???

You can't tell the difference between alcantara and suede. IMO it will match the headliner material - I am going to swap steering wheels from my M3 to my M5 then wrap the leather one in suede too. Match it up with a boot from LeatherZ and you're all set.

will they do the e-brake boot to?
Yeah I think they specialize in steering wheels. You can get e-boot cover from Redline or Slimmbones, both high quality products.
