My wife drove our new M5 to work this morning for the first time. She called from work complaining that the headrest is too high, it's very uncomfortable and she can't figure out how to lower it. She couldn't find info in the manual and tried just trying to force it down with no luck.

We have the sport seats. Any ideas?
Thanks

The headrest height is one of the settings controlable from the 3 memory switches on the drivers door. Why don't you have her set all seat and miror positions to what she likes, and assign the settings to one of the preset memory buttons. Then, she can push the button when she wants all settings set back to her preference.

Also don't worry about it, if it pops out or stops moving pull it out all the way then put it back in so it engages the track again. I've done this on mine several times.
