Drew,

Email me your dyno plots from 3 consecutive pulls within 5 minutes and we can talk.
Sounds like a plan, I'll see if I can get the Mustang results too, but those were pre Final tuning, still they'll show any power difference between runs. If I can't get any now, then I'll make sure to post three consecutive runs up from the dyno day that we plan on doing with an assortment of cars. Maybe NAmotorwerks will post their's up as well.

EDIT:

I just found the sheet from one dyno day on a Mustang at Harman Motive, that we had with some p-cars. Unfortunately my car would not go past 7400RPM's, so I wasn't able to achieve peak power #'s. However I did do back to back to back runs, all within 5 minutes. These are BETA Stage 2 #'s with less boost, and not final tuning. I need to scan the dyno sheet but here's the #'s, and you can see that heatsoak was not an issue for me.

Run 1 at 12:19:44 408WHP and 317WTQ, it only went to 7350 RPM's
Run 2 at 12:21:40 408WHP and 314WTQ, it only went to 7400 RPM's
Run 3 at 12:23:54 410 WHP and 316WTQ, it only went to 7300 RMP's

Most likely I would have hit 430 - 440WHP, like I did on another Mustang a few weeks earlier.

Some other cars that dynoed at the D-day as well.

Stock 996TT 338AWHP and 348AWTQ
Stage 1 996TT 383AWHP and 416AWTQ
Stage 2 996TT 404AWHP and 403 AWTQ
Stage III, K24'd 996TT, bolt on's, on race fuel 440AWHP and 488AWTQ.
GT2 996TT with FVD Stage 4 flash, bolt on's, on pump fuel 429WHP and 453WTQ RWD car
GT 700, twin GT28's, 996TT on 100 octane, 504AWHP and 545AWTQ
Stage 3 S4, 420AWHP and 450AWTQ

I'll scan the sheet with the 3 runs, or possibly get the plots from Harmann Motive and email them to you. I did dyno on another Mustang, I'll see if I can get those too, all runs were around 430-440WHP on that Mustang and we did a bunch of pulls, they have moved locations, but hopefully all the plots are still in their database.

Scott,

Here's your 3 runs overlayed with my 3 runs. Two of my runs are consecutive within a minute of each other, the 3rd was done 10 minutes later, regardless my runs are very consistent compared to yours, I"m not loosing any power. After each run your car is definently losing power, ALSO and this is more important when you look at the area under the curve compared to mine, your car is falling apart even early on in the p-band, and your TQ is not flat to redline. Based on the AFR's from the DD's, your car is most likely dumping fuel, probably because you are heatsoaked. This is more likely why in the first two runs you beat the M5, then started to fall back afterward, forget about Mark's Ford GT, you'll never beat that with your M3, nor will I, lol.

Either way it seems your kit was installed improperly in some fashion or the product is defective in some way. I don't know, but cleary your car has issues and is not running right. I've also added the INDEPENDENT Mutang dyno, 3 back to back to back runs, which I posted above from the Dyno Day as evidence that my car is not getting heatsoaked like yours, also remember I couldn't go past 7400 on the Mustang, the car was going into limp mode. I hope this helps Scott.
My runs, with timestamps, 91 octane VF Stage 2.

My plots overlayed with yours.

3 consective runs from the Dyno Day mentioned above, 7400 limit, BETA Stage 2 pre final tuning, slightly less boost, 3 runs back to back to back, it almost looks like only 1 run took place they are so consistant. :)
