okay so have a seat and grab some coffee, this is gonna be a lot....

So sitting with the car (2008 E63) in idle in a parking lot, it starts to shake. So I need to take it home so I started driving and as I am almost home it cuts powered says its heavy emissions. The car sat for a couple days, started it and everything seemed fine. Took it around the block to see how it did and the same thing started happening. My first thought is okay I need to check the spark plugs and coils. well the CEL came on so I parked it. I had a friend hook up his scanner and here is a list of the 25 codes...

DME/DDE (Engine)
27B0 - Secondary Air System Flow Rate Bank 1
2B57 - Safety Concept Manager Action
2737 - Fill Plausibility Bank 1
2B53 - Electric Oil Pump Bank 2
2B44 - Combustion Misfire with Emission Deterioration Cylinder 3
2B45 - Combustion Misfire with Emission Deterioration Cylinder 4
2B4E - Combustion Misfire with Emission Deterioration Several Cylinders
2B43 - Combustion Misfire with Emission Deterioration Cylinder 2
2B49 - Combustion Misfire with Emission Deterioration Cylinder 8
Transmission
520A - Evaluation, Steering Angle
Airbag
9408 - Under Voltage
ABS
5DF4 - Wiring Supply Voltage <9 Volt
5DE1 - Brake Pad Wear RA Not/Wrong Initialized
Air Condition
9C55 - Fogging Sensor
E714 - Message (Battery Volt, 0X3BE) Faulty, Receiver Automatic Climate Control, Transmitter Engine Electronics
KBM (Basic Body Module)
A409 - Under Voltage
A43D - Rear Lid Unlocking Button
KGM (Body Gateway Module)
93CB - No LIN Communication to Switch Block, Drivers Door
KOMBI (Instrumental Panel)
A559 - Cluster Power Supply Switched Off
LM (Light Module)
9CB1 - Potentiometer, Dimmer, Faulty
OBII
P0308 - Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected
P0308 - Cylinder 8 Misfire Detected (was listed twice)
SZL (Switch Unit Steering Column)
A85FH/43103 - Undocumented
951A - Voltage Limit Under Shot

So my thought, and I am new to the BMW world, is that the battery isn't up to par. the reason I came to that conclusion is because there were no alternator codes. I am kinda at a lost here and any advice will be much appreciated.
Thanks for sticking in to the end.
