My stock clutch with about 12k on it reads about 5/16". I can take it to work tomorrow and measure it with the proper tools.

Sounds good. But it would be best if we have a new disk for 100% accuracy.

The clutch I pulled out is about 9mm thick. Give or take 0.1mm. That disc has about 12k miles on it so you could add 10% if you wanted to.

Is there any marcel in a stock disc. Marcel is the spring inbetween the facings. From what I understand to measure properly, you need to pinch the facings together until the gap is gone. This is true for the Feramic disk but I'm not sure if a stock disc has this or not.
