Why not giving it just a little bit of more effort in the presentation ?
Asking price seems ,fair’ provided condition and maintenance
is as it should be.

I just bought an E34 M5 on an auction in the Netherlands E34 M5 Touring 1996 Manual, Nurburgring edition, blue color.

This one will be for sale in April.

Greetings

Is it this one you purchased ? If so, hopefully you got it for a
low investment. They are all manual, there are no E34 M5touring 1996 model year cars and
PLEASE ,give us a break’= there never was a ,Nürburgring Edition’ - instead the car has a Nürburgring suspension
package, factory standard on all modell year 1995 cars and extra pay option on model year 92 > 94 cars.

aware of? I have a good BMW specialist mechanic so nothing we can't fix. The price was very low and labour cost will be low, so the risk is low. We will restore it in it's full glory :).

Fair enough. Good to hear. So much better then. Congratulations and good luck with the rescue(y).
It is certainly a nice, late production, 6-speed, BMW Individual, worthwhile to be saved.
By the time it is again, "ready to rock" = will you keep and drive it or will you sell it on....??

I think I will sell it again because I drive a e28 m535i and I really like it. But we will see.

I will finally see it on the 2nd of April and then we can begin :).

Your entry to ,mregistry’ (thank you!! ??) has meanwhile
been edited with the vehicle factory delivery details.
To answer your question:
= E34 M5touring (HJ91) - Sonderlack/special order paint
= Macaoblau-met.(250)
= 15 cars of total production 891 cars, 6 of the 15 are
6 speed, model year 1995.

There are three M5 3,8 Tourings in Slovenia.
All of those three are violet color and are all 93' make.
There are eight M5 3,6 or 3,8 in Slovenia.
Colors are silver, blue, black and green.Oldest is '89-er and youngest is '94-er.
Mine is 3,6 '90.
If you would like to know my vin send a message and i will return it to you.

Hope it will help.
I am the new owner of the Green one. Found it abandoned for 10 years in a warehouse near Maribor. Currently near 70% of full restoration.

Hi Marcel.
The car appears to be fine and compared to others you have made a good presentation of the car
with many details. So, it should not really be a big problem to find a new home for it.
HOWEVER, unless you reconsider the asking price your offer will end up as all the others.
Most of the cars being presently on offer on mobile.de, autoscout24, in the U.K. and elsewhere
have been ,for sale' for many months (and longer), with no change of ownership, simply as a result
of a ,way off' asking price (subject to the actual standards and condition of any of these cars).
I wish you (and all the others) happy hunting to find a buyer who is willing to pay anything
near the present price-level. I am contacted on a regular basis by some potential buyers
and I offer my assistance to get a deal together. Thereby it is NOT my intention to stand
,in the middle', I simply provide information about the cars from the registry files in order
to assist both seller and buyer to hopefully get a deal together.
Again, good luck to you for your ,sale'.

PS:
I am ready for critical remarks, but ,let me down easy', please;)

Hi Karl, thanks for your feedback. Really appreciated. What would be in your opinion the sales price?

I can give you an estimate based on my personal opinion
and experience. But rather NOT in this open thread.
Please consider the relatively new but excellent PM-,conversation' function, to be found
in the upper right corner of this page, click on your (C) symbol.
I can try to answer to some of your questions, but please consider, I have never seen YOUR car in the flesh.
-
After checking the history of this car and your inputs.
This/your car is most likely of HIGHER value than some of
the other cars out there, being offered for a higher price but
NOT worth it. So, your asking price, although still high,
is perhaps NOT so far off, after all ;)
