But you can't take away the fact that it did it on a 3.6L flat-6 TT engine. That in itself is truely impressive where as the others used either V12's or FI V8's sporting more than 5.0L in dispacement.

The 9ff is a tuner based porsche hence not considered a "production" vehicle, where as the Koenigsegg is straight from the factory. If Porsche had done the 388 straight from the factory then it would hold the production car record.
