First, YES, I searched. This is how I know that the clutch pedal squeak from under the car is something I get to live with until I replace the clutch. This post, however, is about the sunroof squeaking on opening and closing, which I'm hoping is a bit more straightforward.

A post mentioned using a PTFE grease, does anyone have any specific recommendations? (Astroglide? KY?) I should clean the rails of any dirt and debris as well I assume. Just looking for a squeak free open air experience.
