I have the opportunity to pick up a set of style 351 rims off an F10 Msport and was wondering if anyone has tried putting these on or has pics of them on an e39.

I'm about 90% certain they won't work due to offset and 100% sure they'd need to be bored out to fit the hub but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Specs:
Front: 19x8.5 +33 245/40/19
Rear: 19x9 +44 275/35/19

Thanks

Hi,

Offsets are way out of the recommended range for an E39 and also, you'd also have the issue of the 74.1mm CB size on the E39 as those wheels most likely will be 72.56mm.

You could get them to fit, but factor in the extra cost of doing so - either/and/or spacers, hubcentric adapters, centre bore taken out to 74.1mm.

Design wise, to me they're nothing exceptional or special, they look a lot like E63 M6 wheels and there's quite a few pictures of E39's with replica's of those on.

I'd say get a better looking and E39 specific set of wheels :)

Cheers, Dennis!
