Wow, the feel is amazing. I've never had a bmw with such a nice, firm pedal. Thanks to Dave Z. for steering me towards these. I'll post some pics in a day or two.
The specifics on my "one of two produced" set up!
Stoptech 2 piston calipers and stoptech 355mm slotted rotors.
The 'production' stoptech kit uses 345mm rotors, made by brembo, i believe. I got lucky, had large enough wheels and pestered Dave to get me one of the initial sets that were not going to be marketed since they don't fit under OE m5 wheels.
Gotta update the sig file...
