I finally plucked up the courage to awaken the beast from her long sleep.
the battery died a month back so replaced it for freshy.
i re used the half flat battery that wouldn't start the engine to slowly turn it over to get some lube around
so as not to cause damage,i inserted the key and nothing nada the remote locked and unlocked everything but engine didnt even click.
i scratched my head and grabbed the spare key..she spin over slowly ,so swapped the battery and fired it up.
it started lumpy and a ticking follower that soon shut up after a few minutes so had a smooth run up the road.
wow i forgot how lush this thing is getting a proper car underneath me.
i am still confused with the key as the one that fired the engine up wont remote lock unlock the doors
and the one that will wont fire it up,i tried the door lock ignition reset to re code both keys but nothing changed so got to use both keys.
anyway shes alive..

Suspect it's likely due to low charge state of your key batteries. That's why you need to
alternate the use of the keys. Hopefully it's something as simple as that.

God luck with sorting it out,
Alan
