I am in the process of removing all of my chrome window trim and replacing it with shadowline. So far everything has gone smoothly and the exterior of the car is complete. I am now moving on to the interior. Replacing the front door inside trim is straightforward. However I realize now that the rear vanity shades built into the doors also have a small bit of chrome on them. So I have a few questions:

-Since I don't want to risk damaging the vanity is there anything special about removing the rear door panels compared to how the front panels removed?
-Can I replace the rear door trim without having to remove or replace the vanity itself? I don't recall even seeing shadowline trim for those areas.

Any other words of wisdom would be appreciated. The swap has been cake so far, I just don't want to risk damaging the rear vanity screens so I am trying to understand everything ahead of time.
