Anyone here know what this thing is called? It is some type of sensor on the passenger side front suspension.Its some sort of swivel sensor connected to the sway bar,I need to get a new one,mine broke and i have no clue what this thing is.

I believe that it is the headlight leveling mechanism. Sorry I don't know the official name.

Great,so if i dont replace that the headlights wont adjust properly?

I'm not sure on exactly how it functions but I would guess that, yes, your headlights will not adjust properly if you don't replace it.

When I get into my car and turn the lights on you can hear, and see, them adjust up and down for a second - maybe your headlights will remain aimed too low if you don't replace it.
