Anyone ever get a solid red iDrive display? I had that happen yesterday but this morning everything seems back to normal. Any thoughts?

BTW I wanted to reboot it but I could not figure the right sequences. On my 2006 M5 is was to hold the DVD eject plus Power (I think) but that didn't work for the 2010. I might have the wrong sequence?

hmmm ... No one. Guess I found a new problem...
Never had it on either vehicle that has iDrive. :sad2: If it was on startup, maybe you just saw it in a bootup stage or something by accident.

It was solid red for 5 minutes ... Then it just went blank for the rest of the drive (about 1 hour) so it is a real glitch of some sort.

Was the screen still back-lit at all? Or off like black screen shut the car off? Could be a physical connection and/or electrical connection issue
