I've installed the scoops and blocked off the holes, leaving a small gap for water to drain. If the goal is to establish a semi-ram air effect, what about the breather hose? How will pressurization affect it? Should the air box be blocked off at that point, too, and a separate filter installed on it? Otherwise it would seem that the increased pressure would potentially presurize the crankcase.

Deknight was the first to plug the holes and we decided to test it out. These tests were done with a block off plate that we made. This allowed the factory airboxes to pressurize quicker. I dont think the breather will have much affect as far as hp is concerned. This does make for a great discussion though. :)
