Republic Wraps Sideskirt Diffusers Installed on Silverstone II

So I know many have posted pics of their sideskirt diffusers, but since I just washed the beast this afternoon, thought I'd share a pic of them installed on a Silverstone II lowered w/ wheels to give fellow Silverstone owners a better idea of what it looks like. Plus it was so clean finally I could not resist :7:

The black contrast with silver looks good, subtle, and more aggressive at the same time. Install was a cinch, Chris's instructions were simple, and hardware provided was quallity. Did it by myself in about 2 hours.

Enjoy!

Thanks John, appreciate the comments, esp given the creativity and style you've brought to modding Gunther - one of a kind! Also, one of my favorites on this board for sure. Was debating going up to 21, but am hesitant unless I decide to join the widebody club - prob won't and just go more performance mods here on out. Cheers :)

Very nice, they do look good on these cars :M5thumbs:
Agree, it does look good on matte blue too I hear, I might have seen that some where :) :M5thumbs:

This is the scary part, but so far modding her has been fun and hope it stays that way as I get more into it. I'll just have to try to stay away from you ACG, esp. when I just live right around the corner from ESS here, wouldn't want to get any funny ideas. :haha2:

I'd be happy to, of course as long as you give me a ride in it after she's done. hehe

Thanks Kenneth!

Looks really good bro. The gloss effect really helps it stand out.

Btw, how's that rear diffuser fitment? I've been on the fence with it since it looks like I'll have to do some modifications to get my oval tips to clear.
Thanks Benjo, I am digging the gloss black look. The rear diffuser initially had some fitment issues. My bodyshop had to really finesse it to fit tight against the bumper curves as the diffuser itself was not perfect. Right now there are no gaps and it looks good, but they had to use a very adhesive glue. Oval tips should be able to clear, i'll measure it and let you know how wide they are.

Looks great man! Were can I get that rear diffusor?
Purchased off a fellow m5board member, but have seen similar ones floating around on eBay.

Looks good. Its hard to keep modding.....

I find I'm often asking myself if I want to vacation or mod the Beast, needless to say I'm rather pale right now :p
LOL. At least your priorities are in order SoCale39! :)

You can source them a few different places. I got in on a groupbuy from fellow board member umimchris. Do a search and you'll find many threads on it for more info.

Eric, it looks great man! Your car always looks more and more beautiful every time. I was on the fence with these but you just made up my mind. I'm going to order a set for mine as well. :)

Thanks man! I like them a lot, very subtle, almost don't notice them right away. It will be a nice mod to your car and compliment your new wheels well

Cheers

Thanks Jimmy....I know I never get tired of seeing pics of other people's beast that's for sure! Haha

What a beauty. There's going to be a Space Grey clone of your car driving around NJ soon. The splitter, skirts and diffuser are perfect. I just have to start with a set of wheels first. They bring the whole car together.

Thanks. I was running spacers up front with those wheels. No longer have them as I just sold em, running different wheels now.

Looks really nice, any closer pics of the side skirts to give a better picture of them??

Silverstone II all the way!!

Good or bad, thanks for your thoughts! Cheers. :)
