ok long story short

in NYC and park my cr at a garage, you know attendent takes the car gives you a slip

get my car back later and the rear bumper is smashed/cracked

so the guy says dont worry we'll take care of it asks me to fill out an incident report and leave the car with them?

uh duh i did that already and look what happened:nono:


so he said that i can get an estimate and they will have an adjuster look at it



ok first of all clearly they should be paying for this, obviously i alerted my dealer and it sounds to them that a whole new bumper is needed but will know for sure when they look at it

so if i get the estimate for a new bumper how much should i look for plus will the parking garage try to only pay some of it?

any opnions or experience would help
