Wow, okay guys, I get the point. Don't post threads about fake M markings anymore. I actually tried to delete it after seeing all of the comments making fun of the post, but I didn't see a way to do that.
I personally had never seen a fake M on an X3 before, so I thought it was unique and some people in this forum might enjoy seeing it. And while it appeared that some did, the majority obviously disapprove. For that, I apologize.

Those type of responses really discourage a board member from posting anything... especially newer members.

Actually, lots of the posts are funny, thus encouraging people to join in when they see that we're not uptight bastards. The vast majority of the psots make fun of the fake M, not you or the thread itself. Some don't approve of this kind of thread, but screw those guys!

Yeah, I retract my statement that "the majority" disapproved. I re-read the responses and you are correct that it seems that the majority were joining in on the fun. Thanks for your response.
