Thanks RD for another failed sway bar! It wasn't bad enough that the rear snapped a couple months ago but today as I turned left (around 10mph) my front snapped. If two out of two fail that makes 100% failure rate.

Yes I'm annoyed in case it wasn't obvious.

Sorry bro. That really sucks. I've never tried anything from RD before.

Measure where it snapped. Looks to be drivers side like mine and Paul's (Sfbimmerman)? Ours snapped within an inch of each other and it looks like yours snapped in the same spot.

I'm going to call Federico's cell right now. This is getting too serious.

No one at RD has answered the office phone for over a week. I even tried calling Federico's cell and no answer. Surprise surprise.

I'm looking into doing a tensile strength test on my replacement RDSport front sway bar and comparing it to a stock sway bar.

Mike, what's the production date of your bars?

To have both front and rear fail is really disappointing. I would say stick with OEM as it has been proven, just get the FRC from Dinan and call it a day.

Isn't it etched into the bar somewhere?

I don't want to sound like captain obvious, but the front one breaking after the rear is no surprise imo. I would have looked it as just a matter of time.

There is a production date on the sticker on the front bar.

Image of the Dinan FRC, it's the two smaller items.
