Its a 1992 3.6lt with 222 000km
in South-Africa
I bought the can on the 11th of April 2008, Everything was fine at first but now sometimes when I start the car it says engine oil level low, I checked it but the oil level is just above the full line on the dipstick.
There is also oil in the nr 5 spark plug hole...
At around 100km/h theres a error message - self leveleing suspension
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the board !

The oil level warning is sometimes caused by a faulty sensor which
is located in the sump pan of the engine.
Check the fragile wiring harness down to the sensor as well...

Oil in the spark plug recess is caused by leaking gaskets on the rocker cover
housing.
A good time to address / replace this is valve clearance time !

The self levelling warning is caused when the rear end of the car sits too
low...or again the sensor / harness is broken.

Search for threads on adjusting the rear ride height & sensor and check
your pentosil levelling fluid.

Alan.

Same problem with the oil level

I have the same problem with the oil level sensor. The level was ok according to the dipstick but the light still came on. I added half a quart and it' still gone. There are no markers on the dipstick to indicate where the oil level should be. I assume it should be between the two gaps on it. Can someone confirm this?

Thanks

Correct, the upper line is the 'maximum'marker and the lower one the miniumum (total of 5,75l oil). No harm in having the oil at the full marker as these engines do consume a little oil.
