Hello. Just signed up and new to this. I have a 1999 m5 and I’m looking to replace both headlights with genuine or hella oe prefacelift lights, I want to keep the original look. BMW can procure these lights for me but at roughly £1200 each. Does anyone know where to obtain the correct hella lights which I’m sure would be much less.
Also does anyone know of anybody who can restore the existing headlights. I’ve heard lots about drilling hole etc to get rid of the condensation but I’m not keen on this solution. Many thanks and look forward to any info. 🤩👍🏻

If you’re in UK likely easier for you to source these OEM lenses and replace just the lenses.

Pre-facelift you have an easy job replacing lenses, congrats and welcome! They are also easy to remove and check to see what's causing condensation.
